EHA has TWO National Awards which are open for nomination.
NATIONAL MARGARET HIND MEMORIAL AWARD 2025
The Margaret Hind Memorial Award celebrates outstanding commitment to the environmental health profession through integrity, work ethic and achievement.
This is a special award to recognise the contribution made to the environmental health profession by those that may not necessarily be an environmental health officer. This award celebrates the incredible impact Margaret Hind had on the environmental health industry during her employment with EHA. Recipients of this award must have a strong work ethic, integrity, transparency, honesty and high achievement for the promotion and enhancement of the environmental health profession though the peak professional organisation EHA.
This award is an open category.
EHA NATIONAL TEAM AWARD 2024
The National Environmental Health Team of the Year Award is for teams that have excelled in their roles or projects which have demonstrated outstanding service in the field of environmental health. This award is based on the achievement and outstanding contribution that occurred in the calendar year prior to nomination.
