NOTICE OF AGM 2024

The purpose of the AGM is to:

1. To confirm the AGM Minutes of 23 November 2023.

2. To receive the National President's Report for activities over the past 12 months

3. To receive the Audited Financial Accounts for the financial year ending June 30, 2024

4. To appoint an Auditor for the EHA Financial Accounts for the financial year 2024– 2025

5. To appoint Directors to the Environmental Health Australia Board

6. Other Business

Section 26 of the Constitution enables a Member the right to appoint a proxy. The form for the appointment of a proxy for the AGM will be available on 27 September 2024.
