Summary Information

Poultry complaints may be received due to odour, noise or pest concerns. Allowances to keep poultry vary between Local Government’s from restricting all poultry keeping, allowing a small number on a minimum lot size or having no restrictions at all. The keeping of poultry is governed by each Local Government’s Health Local Laws.
