11.7 Food Premises - Temporary
Summary Information
Temporary food premises must comply with the Food Standards Code and must provide the same provisions as permanent food premises, dependant on the food provided. For example, if unpackaged food is provided the relevant hand washing, equipment washing, food preparation sinks, flooring and walls may be required whereas if only packaged food is provided the structural requirements are reduced but labelling must be provided.
